My second favorite genre is racing ,and this is definitely the best racing ever made. There are so many reasons this is the best racer ever. First ,the graphics. They are amazing! The amount of detail is spectacular and the colors are great. The best graphics have to be in the replays though. They make any race look good (but too bad one replay takes up all 15 blocks on your memory card). Secondly ,the control. This is definitely the best part of this game because it is so realistic. But that also means that it is very hard to learn. For example ,learning how to enter and exit a corner ,without spinning out ,of course. The last great thing is the presentation. The way that there is a map (menu type thing) and you can enter places like the car wash ,your home ,a license place ,and car dealerships (Toyota ,Nissan ,Mitsubishi ,Honda/Acura ,Mazda ,Subaru ,Aston Martin ,Dodge ,Chevrolet ,and TVR) And the amazing thing is , is that there are 166 cars!
Now for the problems. The worst part of this game is the music. It is so crappy! (but luckily you could turn it off). A example of the nasty music is Come on baby! Come on baby! Come on baby! Come on baby!! And it goes on like this for two minutes. Pathetic. The other ,and last problem ,with Gran Turismo is the licenses. The B and A licenses a a piece of cake , but I had a problem with the frustrating International A license. It took me a couple of HOURS to pass this. But that doesn't mean this game is bad.
So if you love racing games ,or you
want to love racing games then you should definitely buy this game. Its
amazing.
